I have been practicing real estate in Santa Cruz County for the past 18 years.  I pride myself in creating long term client relationships that come from listening to my clients’ needs and developing plans that meet their objectives.  I am passionate about real estate and understand that a home can be much more than a place to live.   Along with creating life long memories, a home can be a family’s largest asset or a significant component of an individual’s investment portfolio. 

I hold BS degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business along with 15 plus years of work experience in corporate sales and management prior to starting my real estate career.  I have been a consistent production award winner at Bailey Properties and firmly believe my years of professional work experience, financial educational background and 18 years of real estate transaction negotiation make me a wise choice as your realtor.

I first moved to Santa Cruz County in 1979 and attended Aptos High School.  I have traveled extensively throughout the world but when I purchased my first home I knew that I wanted to be in Santa Cruz County.  The clean air, beautiful beaches and mountains and wide array of available activities make it a wonderful place to live or vacation.
